NDIS plans are full of jargon and line items. We break yours down in plain language, so you know what each budget is for and what you can spend it on.

We keep an eye on your spending across the year. The aim is simple. Get the most out of your plan, without running short before your next review.

As your support coordinator in Brisbane, we know the local services. We help you find support workers, therapists and community programs that suit your goals and your routine, then set up the service agreements for you.

When review time comes, we help you gather evidence and tell your story clearly, so your next plan reflects how your life has changed.

Most people we work with are funded for Level 2 support coordination, also called Coordination of Supports. That covers everything above. Understanding your plan, connecting with providers, sorting agreements and getting you ready for review. We also provide Level 3, called Specialist Support Coordination, for people whose situations are more complex and need a more intensive level of coordination. Talk to us about what your plan funds, and we will be straight with you about what suits you.

Our team is diverse and multilingual. Where it helps, we match you with a coordinator who speaks your language and knows your culture. We coordinate across Caboolture and Morayfield, Mount Gravatt and Brisbane’s south side, the wider Moreton Bay region, and the southern Sunshine Coast.

We are currently accepting new participants for support coordination across South East Queensland. Get in touch to check availability in your area.

Frequently asked questions

A support coordinator helps you understand and use your NDIS plan. We explain your funding, connect you with providers, set up service agreements, and help you prepare for your plan review. The point is to build your skills and confidence, so running your plan feels less like a fight.

No. They are two different supports. Support coordination helps you choose and connect with the right services. Plan management is a separate service that pays your providers’ invoices and tracks your budget for payment. We provide coordination, not plan management. Many participants have both, funded under different parts of their plan.

Support coordination is funded under the Capacity Building part of your plan, when it has been included. We invoice the NDIS directly, so there is no out-of-pocket cost for approved supports. We never take money from your Disability Support Pension. Your pension stays yours.

Yes. You can change your support coordinator whenever you want, and you do not need the NDIA’s permission to do it. If you are not getting the help you need, talk to us about how a switch works. We keep the handover simple.

Yes. We provide both Level 2 Coordination of Supports and Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination. If your plan funds a more intensive level of coordination for a complex situation, get in touch and we will talk through what that looks like for you.
