Help that takes the weight off
Managing a plan can feel like a second job. You do not have to do it alone. As a registered NDIS provider, your coordinator handles the phone calls, reads the service agreements, and does the research, while you get on with your life.
Our job is to build your confidence to make your own choices, not to make you lean on us forever.
Level 2 Coordination of Supports
Most people we work with are funded for Level 2 support coordination, also called Coordination of Supports. That covers everything above. Understanding your plan, connecting with providers, sorting agreements and getting you ready for review. If your situation is more complex, talk to us about what suits you, and we will be straight with you about what we can and cannot do.
Our team is diverse and multilingual. Where it helps, we match you with a coordinator who speaks your language and knows your culture. We coordinate across Caboolture and Morayfield, Mount Gravatt and Brisbane’s south side, the wider Moreton Bay region, and the Sunshine Coast up to Noosa.
We are currently accepting new participants for support coordination across South East Queensland. Get in touch to check availability in your area.
Frequently asked questions
A support coordinator helps you understand and use your NDIS plan. We explain your funding, connect you with providers, set up service agreements, and help you prepare for your plan review. The point is to build your skills and confidence, so running your plan feels less like a fight.
No. They are two different supports. Support coordination helps you choose and connect with the right services. Plan management is a separate service that pays your providers’ invoices and tracks your budget for payment. We provide coordination, not plan management. Many participants have both, funded under different parts of their plan.
Support coordination is funded under the Capacity Building part of your plan, when it has been included. We invoice the NDIS directly, so there is no out-of-pocket cost for approved supports. We never take money from your Disability Support Pension. Your pension stays yours.
Yes. You can change your support coordinator whenever you want, and you do not need the NDIA’s permission to do it. If you are not getting the help you need, talk to us about how a switch works. We keep the handover simple.
Most participants are funded for Level 2 Coordination of Supports, which is what we provide. If your plan calls for a more intensive level of coordination, get in touch and we will talk it through honestly. If it is not something we offer, we will point you towards someone who does.
We coordinate across Brisbane’s south side and Mount Gravatt, the Moreton Bay region including Caboolture and Morayfield, and the Sunshine Coast up to Noosa. Not sure if you are in our area? Ask us and we will let you know.
