Who we are
If you are searching for a genuine profit for purpose NDIS provider, you have found the right team. Care to Change was founded in 2016, and our team is skilled, diverse, and compassionate.
We pride ourselves on having a management team with firsthand experience working with, or caring for, people with disabilities. We know exactly what it is like to sit on the other side of the table trying to make sense of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. That lived experience means we do not just look at plan numbers and funding categories; we see the real people and families behind them.
Operating as a profit for purpose NDIS provider isn’t just a label for us, it is the foundation of our culture. It means surplus funds are reinvested back into the community, improving our resources, our staff training, and the direct care we provide to you.
Let’s talk about what you need.
Selecting a provider is a massive decision. Get in touch with our friendly team to have a straightforward, no-pressure chat about whether we are the right fit for your NDIS goals.
Frequently asked questions
Care to Change was founded in 2016 and built on lived experience of disability. That experience still shapes how decisions are made today: what a person needs comes before what makes the most money. It always has. The organisation has run as profit-for-purpose from the start, and the team now supports people across South East Queensland.
Care to Change is an NDIS-registered provider, which means we work under the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards and answer to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Internally, our Head of Quality and Compliance oversees how supports are delivered, and every support worker is a trained and screened member of our own team. We also treat feedback and complaints as information that helps us do better. Our feedback page explains how to raise a compliment, suggestion or complaint.
Yes. Our offices are at Mount Gravatt on Brisbane’s south side and the Morayfield Hub in Moreton Bay. Our support workers and coordinators live and work in the same communities as the people they support, across Greater Brisbane, the Redlands, urban Logan, Moreton Bay and the southern Sunshine Coast. When you call, you speak with someone local, not an interstate call centre.
You talk to a real person about what you need. Call 1300 515 888 or send an enquiry through our contact page. One of our team will get back to you for a plain-English chat about your situation and what support might look like. No pressure, no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you straight.
