With a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, majoring in Human Resources from Griffith University, Nicole combines her academic knowledge with practical experience to nurture our workforce. Melinda Eskilsson is a dedicated professional with over nine years of experience in the disability sector, currently serving as the Service Manager for the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast region. Her mission is clear: to guide her team in providing the highest quality of care to our participants with compassion, empathy, and respect while helping each team member achieve their professional goals.

Melinda’s skill set is a testament to her commitment, including integrity, effective time management, leadership, and a deep passion for continual learning. She holds a degree in Counselling and is currently pursuing a degree in Leadership and Management. Her responsibilities encompass ensuring service delivery, NDIS legislation compliance, and best practice adherence, in addition to providing counselling services and family therapy interventions. Melinda’s unwavering dedication to the sector and compassionate leadership align seamlessly with Care to Change’s vision of “Improving care for everyone.” She plays a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our participants and fostering professional growth within the team.

Area Coordinator

Jan brings her extensive experience and dedication to her role as Area Coordinator at Care to Change. With qualifications including a Certificate in Psychology and a Certificate in Travel and Tourism, she embraces our company’s vision of “Improving care for everyone.”

Jan’s professional journey has seen her excel as a Customer Service/Accounts Team Lead for a nationwide security company in New Zealand, where she managed teams across different regions, and as a Team Lead/Accounts professional for a nationwide collision repair company. Her career is driven by a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Jan finds solace in the great outdoors and enjoys hiking adventures. Her cherished moments are those spent with her son and family, highlighting the importance of family bonds in her life. Jan’s commitment to Care to Change’s vision aligns seamlessly with our mission, as she actively contributes to delivering top-quality NDIS services and making a meaningful difference in individual lives.
