A New Place to Belong in Morayfield
Following the successful launch of our initial locations, we are thrilled to bring a brand-new, dedicated community space to Morayfield. Built from the ground up with our participants and families at the heart of the design, this welcoming, inclusive environment offers the perfect spot to meet new friends, engage in NDIS group activities, and grow your independence in a safe space.
As a profit-for-purpose organisation guided by lived experience, we understand that finding the right NDIS community participation supports in Morayfield can feel overwhelming. That is why our multilingual, highly trained support team is here to act as your expert guide. Whether your goal is to build social confidence, learn a new hobby, or simply spend time in a supportive setting, our programs are tailored directly to your NDIS plan and personal goals.
